Each character represents one of TEAMology's core foundations, serving as a relatable model for students to understand and apply these essential life skills both in and out of school. The characters’ symbols make these concepts accessible for younger students, while their design evolves to grow alongside students, transitioning from elementary-age children to more mature representations as students progress through their education.
