Once a school has registered with us, it will be given a subdomain with the ability to

create student accounts. With the permission of a child’s school district that is a registered user

of the Website (each, a “Registered School”), children under 13 can access and use the services

provided under our Website without providing us with personal identifying information.

Registered Schools must provide our Website with an account number associated with each child

that will be using the services provided by the Website. We request that Registered Schools not

include personal identifying information for a child with the account number associated with

each child, but it is the sole discretion and responsibility of the Registered School to create and

provide such account number. To the extent necessary and required by law, in the event that

personal information from children is collected, our Website is compliant with the Children's

Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 and its rules (collectively, "COPPA").
